We arrived in Copenhagen a few days ago. The primary reason we came here was for the MAD Symposium, which is the premier chef’s conference in the world, organized by Noma chef Rene Redzepi and Momofuku mastermind Dave Chang. A secondary benefit of coming to this amazing city is eating at some of the best, most progressive restaurants in the world. We’ve been busy the past few days, so haven’t had time to write a full post. But we have a lot to talk about, so there will be a slew of posts coming shortly. Stay tuned!
