We’ve been in our restaurant space about two weeks now. The floors are torn up, the ugly ceiling tiles are removed, the equipment has been moved out of the kitchen, and the countless globes that were hanging from the ceiling are in the dumpster. No turning back now.
Before…it’ll be looking a lot different a month from now
Turns out, taking a place apart is a lot easier than putting it back together. Each day, we uncover another detail that we overlooked in our initial plans…what kind of cover will we pick for the A/C vent? How will we make people feel comfortable walking out of the bathroom right in the middle of the entry room? When does the sun set, and how will that impact the kind of curtain we get for the dining room windows? It’s a bit overwhelming, but with each day come new answers as we keep trucking towards the restaurant that we have in mind. We’ll keep you all posted on our progress, with pictures of plans to come.
