Central Coast Catering

We cater events for anywhere between 50-200 guests. Utilizing our custom Santa Maria grill trailer, we serve up a menu of California-style barbecue staples. Our menu features slow-cooked tri-tip grilled over red oak, local pinquito beans, smoked chicken, garlic bread made on our homemade sourdough bread, spicy esquites, and more.  We aim to combine the spirit and comfort of a backyard Central Coast cookout with the highest standards of service and quality.  We offer buffet-style service, family-style, passed dishes, and drop off.

Our standard service area ranges anywhere within 60 miles of Santa Barbara.  We offer catering beyond that range, to 120 miles, for an additional travel fee.
