Catering FAQ’s

After eight years of serving guests exclusively inside of our restaurant, we now also offer our Santa Maria Grill for off-site events! Your guests’ mouths will water as our chef prepares our signature smoked meats and vegetable entrees over local red oak wood, all at the venue of your choice! 


How many people can you accommodate off-site?

We offer two types of service, Buffet and Family Style. Buffet stars at $60/person and Family Style starts at $75 because it requires more staff. These prices include individual plates and utensils for your guests.

Additionally a 20% service charge is added to cover our travel time, set-up, and break down.

Are you licensed to serve alcohol?

How far will you travel?

Yes! We offer wine and beer from our menu, and are fully insured to do so.

Our rig sets up efficiently on a flat, outdoor parking space. We are self contained and do not need access to electricity or water. 

Included is travel within 60 miles of our restaurant. Outside of 60 miles incurs additional fees.
